Frequently Asked Questions

We ship all products using JNE, JNT, TIKI, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS. All orders are trackable and once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a email containing your tracking number. 

RUCKRACK cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered and tracked to the address that was provided. We ship world wide.

We accept payments as follows: 
Indonesian residents: Bank Transfer / BCA / Mandiri / BNI 
International Customers: Credit/Debit Cards / Paypall / Western Union

To inquire about offering our products in your online or retail store please sales@ruckrack.id

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by RUCKRACK. These fees are specific for the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be.  Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.
